Technical Services, Aviation Litigation Support & Expert Testimony

A Project Specific legal contract will be drafted for the client outlining the specific task to be performed, terms, conditions and
project deliverables before the project is commenced.

Standard daily fee for technical services are $700.00 to $5,600.00 (United States Dollars) per day pro rated to $87.50 to $725.00 per
hour (8 hour day)

If work is to be accomplished at home i.e. report writing, research etc. Flight Pro will pro rate work to hourly fee schedule.

When on the road traveling, the full daily rate will apply (8 hours)

If work is more than 8 hours a day the additional time will be billed at the hourly rate.

Flight Pro bills to the 10th of an hour.

All travel expenses necessary for the execution of the project, including transportation by rail, taxi, bus, rental vehicle and air travel
will be accomplished at business class rate for travel in the Continental United States and must be purchased on Flight Pro’s
(Robert D. Cook) personal American Express credit card (due to personal insurance coverage provision) International air travel to
include Alaska & Hawaii will require 1st class accommodations. Client may have the ability to book flights at their option through
their own agency but must use Flight Pro’s American Express credit card to book the flight.

All other charges related to, hotels, rental cars or other forms of transportation because of personal insurance coverage provisions
will also have to be booked and paid for by Flight Pro’s (Robert D. Cook) credit card.

The following expenses will be billed as direct cost to the client: Accommodations, valet services, telephone/fax charges, postage
and shipping/courier services, in-house printing and reproduction. Photocopying, photos, laser printing, and various supplies needed
to support the project.

An Armed Guard will be required 24/7 for countries that are considered hostile by the U.S. Dept. of State.

Days involving deposition and testimony including standing by to give such will be charged at $5,600.00 per day. Additional time in
excess of 8 hours per day will be billed at $700.00 per hour.

Rate of reimbursement of meals will be billed at a flat rate of $87.00 per day in the United States. Meals for travel in Europe,
Caribbean, South America, South Pacific, Asia, Far East, Mid East, Africa, Canada and Australia will be billed at a flat rate of
$160.00 per day.

Hotel and accommodation charges will be billed at actual expense.

Mileage for personal use of vehicle for transportation will be reimbursed at 58.5 cents per mile.

If flight Pros Resume (Robert D. Cook) is used to solicit work, Flight Pro must be notified in advance, and used on the projected
project or compensated as agreed in advance for obtaining the work.

Fee's & Schedules
Fee Structure for FAA Designated Airworthiness Services are based upon prevailing industry rates, and the scope and complexity of the certification project. An expected Fee Range of $87.50 per hour and up to $175.00 per hour plus the cost of issuance of the certificate can be expected depending upon the scope of the project.
