Who Are We: Flight Pro Consulting Services is a King George, Virginia based organization established March 12, 2003 and officially opened for business on January 3, 2004 after Bob Cook’s retirement from the FAA. Mr. Cook held Senior Executive positions with the United States Department of State as, Deputy United States Representative to the United Nations International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), Alternate United States Representative on the ICAO Council and United States Member of the ICAO Air Navigation Commission, the highest International Aviation Technical Organization in the world. Upon his return to FAA Headquarters, Washington DC, he held various senior management positions in Air Traffic Services & Flight Standards Service ultimately becoming Deputy Director, Flight Standards Service (AFS-2), Manager Aircraft Maintenance Division (AFS-300), FAA Senior Aviation Technical Advisor to the Director, Flight Standards (AFS-3) and Lead Aviation Safety Inspector Auditor, Flight Standards Quality Assurance Staff. Flight Pro Consulting has strong working relationships with other premier Aviation Consulting Firms, FAA Designated Airworthiness Representatives (Manufacturing) FAA Designated Engineering Representatives and various other operational aviation disciplines to bring additional specialized resources as necessary to complete the project.
